PLANNING COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING IS CALLED TO ORDER 

Comment from the Public is requested regarding the following: 

Consideration of updates to the Zoning Ordinance and code for the City of Johnson, Arkansas. A copy of the updates to the Zoning Ordinance and code will be file at City Hall and will be available for public inspection and review during normal business hours. If recommended by the Planning Commission, the updates to the Zoning Ordinance and code will be provided to the City Council for consideration to be adopted by Ordinance of the City of Johnson.  

Petition 2019-7: Requesting CONDITIONAL USE of property located at 2050 Main Drive. Requested by Fadil Bayyari, property owner.

Petition 2019-8: Requesting a VACATION OF UTILITY AND DRAINAGE EASEMENT for property located at 4598 Clear Creek Blvd. Requested by Mary Basset for Eric Musselman, property owner.

Approval of July 3, 2019 Planning Commission Meeting minutes

Old Business: 

Update on Johnson Square road improvement to Johnson Mill Blvd. 

Update from Zoning Committee regarding the Community Input Meetings held in July. 

New Business: 

Discussion of the updates to the Zoning Ordinances and code for the City of Johnson. If recommended by the Planning Commission, the updates to the Zoning Ordinance and code will be provided to the City Council for consideration to be adopted by Ordinance of the City of Johnson. Discussion led by Justin Eichmann, City Attorney.
