Bob Fant

Bob Fant came to Northwest Arkansas in May of 1996 to serve as pastor of First Assembly of God in Springdale.

Bob and his wife, Shari, have two daughters, Heather Lonneman and Andra Smith. They have four grandchildren: Hunter, Caroline, Samuel, and Ashton. Their daughters, sons-in-law, and grandchildren all reside in Northwest Arkansas.

Fant has served in several capacities with the Arkansas District Council of the Assemblies of God, and currently serves on the Executive Board. He also serves on various other ministry related boards.

Community involvement has included serving as an elected member of the Bright Star School District, serving as an appointee of the Governor of Arkansas to the Arkansas School Health Council, and serving for 10 years as a commissioner for the Wynne, AR Water Utilities. He has served continuously on the Johnson City Council since his first election in 1998..

Melissa Posinski


Melissa has been a resident of Johnson for over 7 years. She has been an alderman since early 2014. During this time she has served on the budget and finance committee. Melissa brings a passion for seeing Johnson grow and become a destination community for the residents as well as all of Northwest Arkansas. For the last 15 years, Melissa has served in many managerial capacities with a local architectural firm and is a LEED AP. Her experience includes building design, city planning, and working with jurisdictions to achieve the best result for their community.

Melissa has grown up in Northwest Arkansas and the area is close to her heart. Her and her husband Rob lived in Johnson previously and took the opportunity to move back to the area when it became possible. Now empty-nesters, they spend their free time as AdvoCare Independent Distributors working with people to build their dreams.

Richard McMullen

Dr. Richard L. McMullen has represented his constituents in Johnson as alderman for 4 years. During that time he has served on the budget and finance, personnel, and festival committees. He has also attained his certification as a Municipal Official as administered by the Arkansas Municipal League indicating his commitment to continuing education and local leadership. By day, Dr. McMullen works as a research associate of applied soil physics at the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville. His research focuses on water and gas movement in soil and his expertise relates to how animal manure amendments to pasture soils influence water quality and greenhouse gas emissions.

Richard was born in Fayetteville, but has lived in Ireland and New Zealand with Valerie, his wife of 18 years, and two children, ages 12 and 16. Their family has lived in Johnson for 8 years. Previous entrepreneurial activities include on-site document destruction, recycling, roll-off services, and real-estate investment businesses. His hobbies are perennial, edible gardening and anything relating to cars, including autocross.

Hunter Haynes

Hunter Haynes, HCH Consulting Hunter is a developer and owner of properties in Northwest Arkansas. His focus is on land and property acquisitions, project design and construction and property management.
