Court is held in the City Hall building. 2904 Main Dr. Johnson, Ar. 72704. Enter the front of the building and go to your left into the court room.

The court clerk's office is located inside the Police Dept. 2904 Main Dr. Johnson, Ar. 72741. Enter the east side of the Police Dept.

How do I pay?
You can pay a fine in person at the clerk's office with cash, check, or money order. To pay with a debit or credit card you can pay through our third party Court Solutions. See link. You may also mail a check or money order to P.O. Box 563 Johnson, Ar. 72741. Payment plans are available through Judge's approval.
Do l have to come to court?
Some charges require a court appearance·. Call the clerk's office if you are unsure if you must appear.
Can I get a public defender?
A public defender will be assigned to you based on if you are financially indigent. You must fill out an Affidavit of lndigency form and swear before the judge it is true and correct. You can obtain a form at the clerk's office before your court date or fill one out during court.
Can I reschedule a court date?
You may reschedule an arraignment one time. You must appear before the clerk to sign for a new court date. Reschedules will not be done over the phone. Rescheduling for trials will only be done through an attorney.
