Yes, a Business Occupancy Inspection is required. This requirement does exclude most home-based businesses.
Occupancy inspections are also required if a business moves, changes names or ownership.

Business Licenses are due no later than February 1st. Business owners do have the option to pay annually or semiannually. Semiannual payments are due February 1st and August 1st each calendar year.

Yes, Alcohol Permits are required. Alcohol Permit fees are $150.00 in addition to Business License fees. All businesses are required to re-apply every year.
Yes, permits are required. The fee is $40.00 per application, in addition to a $5.00 charge for each solicitor’s name badge. Please contact City Hall for an application.
