AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE ZONING DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION
AND B OUND ARIES REGARDING THE REAL PROPERTIES INDENTIFIED IN
REZONING PETITION NO. 2002-16.


WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has passed Rezoning Petition No. 2002-16 ofMichael
Rudko, and recommends to the City Council passage of an ordinance to rezone the property
described in said Petition from A-l to R-2;
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JOHNSON,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1 : That the zoning classification of the following described property be and
hereby is changed from A-l to R-2:
A PART OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER (SE1/4) OF THE
NORTHEAST QUARTER (NE1/4), AND ALSO APART OF THE
SOUTHWEST QUARTER (SW1/4) OF THE NORTHEAST
QUARTER (NR1/4) OF SECTION TWENTY-TWO (22),
TOWNSHIP SEVENTEEN (17) NORTH, RANGE THIRTY (30)
WEST, BEMG MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS
FOLLOWS:
FROM THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE SOUTHEAST
QUARTER (SE1/4) OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER (ME 1/4);

POINT OF BEGINNING, THENCE CONTINUE SOUTHERLY

THENCEEAST- 525,13 FEET TO THE POINT OPBEGMNING,
CONTAINING 2.04 ACRES, MORE OR LESS, SUBJECT TO

RESTRICTIONS, OF RECORD, IF ANY.

SECTION 2: That the official Zoning District's map of the City of Johnson, Arkansas, is
hereby amended to reflect the zoning changes in Section 1 above.
