ORDINANCE NO. 2005-04
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE ZONING DISTRICT
CLASSIFICATION AND BOUNDARIES REGARDING
PROPERTY IDENTIFIED IN REZONINGPETITIONNO. 2005-4.
AVHEREAS; the Planning Commission has passed Rezoning Petition No. 2005-4 and
recommended to the City Council passage of an ordinance to rezone the described property from A-l
to R-2;
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JOHNSON,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1: That the zone classification of the following described property be changed
from A-l to R-2:
Part of the Northeast Quarter (NE '/4) of the Northeast Quarter (NE !4) of Section
Twenty-two (22), Township Seventeen (17) North. Range Thirty (30) West, being
described as beginning at a point Forty-six and one-half (4614) rods South of the
North West comer of said fort}' (40) acre tract, which point is the point of
intersection of the West line of said forty (40) acre tract and the North Right of Way
line of the St. Louis-San Francisco Railroad, and running thence North Three
hundred forty-seven and twenty-five hundredths (347.25) feet; thence East Two
hundred ten (210) feet; thence North Twenty (20) feet; thence East ten (10) feet:
thence North One Hundred Ninety (190) feet; thence East Two hundred ten (210)
feet; thence North Two hundred ten (210) feet to the North line of said forty (40) acre
tract; thence East Four hundred forty-eight and twelve hundredth (448.12) feet;
thence South 24° 58' West Two hundred ninety-two and eighteen hundredths
(292.1 S) feet to the North line of said railroad right of way; thence Southwesterly
along said railroad right of way to the point of beginning. Subject to existing
roadways.
SECTION 2: That the official Zoning District's map of the City of Johnson, Arkansas is
hereby amended to reflect the zoning change in Section 1 above.
