AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING TO THE CITY OF JOHNSON,
ARKANSAS, FIVE (5) PARCELS OF LAND IDENTIFIED IN
"DECREE OF ANNEXATION" ENTERED DECEMBER 14,
2006, BY HONORABLE JERRY HUNTON IN CASE NO. CC-
2006-30 IN THE COUNTY COURT OF WASHINGTON
COUNTY, ARKANSAS, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, Clear Creek Development Co., LLC, and Clear Creek Residential, LLC, are
owners of five (5) described parcels of real property which lie adjacent to the City of Johnson, Arkansas, and are described as follows, to-wit:
Please See Exhibit "A" (4 pages) for Legal Description and Exhibit "B" for Map.
WHEREAS, Clear Creek Development Co., LLC, and Clear Creek Residential, LLC,
have requested that the above described parcels of real property be annexed to the City of Johnson, Arkansas.
WHEREAS, Clear Creek Development Co., and LLC, Clear Creek Residential, LLC,
prosecuted an action before the County Court of Washington County, Arkansas, securing a
"Decree of Annexation" on December 14, 2006.
BE IT ORDAJNED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JOHNSON,
ARKANSAS,
Municipil Ord annexing  (Clear Creek)
SECTION 1: That the five (5) parcels of real property described at Exhibit A (4 pages)
hereto and situate in Washington County, Arkansas are hereby accepted as annexations to the City of Johnson, Arkansas.
SECTION 2: It is hereby determined that the five (5) annexed parcels of real property
are contiguous and adjacent to other lands in Johnson, Arkansas, which are located in Ward 3, and therefore the five (5) described parcels are determined and declared to all be in Ward 3 of the City of Johnson.
SECTION 3: The official Zoning Districts map of the City of Johnson, Arkansas, is
hereby amended to show the annexation to the City of the five (5) parcels of real property described at Exhibit A (4 pages) and each such parcel is hereby zoned R-l.
