RESOLUTION NO. 2017-11
A RESOLUTION SUPERSEDING RESOLUTION 2015-19 TO SET THE PER MEETING COMPENSATION FOR PLANNING COMMISSION MEMBERS PURSUANT TO ORDINANCE 2015-11.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JOHNSON, ARKANSAS, that:
Section 1: Ordinance No. 2015-11 requires that the City Council pass resolutions from time to time to set the per meeting compensation for Planning Commission members who meet certain qualifications.
Section 2: Effective with the Planning Commission meetings (regular or special) occurring after December 31, 2017, the per meeting compensation for Planning Commission members who meet the requirements of Ordinance 2015-11, shall be the before taxes amount of $50.00.
Section 3: This Resolution supersedes Resolution 2015-19 and shall remain in effect until duly repealed or superseded.
