Bob Fant

Bob Fant came to Northwest Arkansas in May of 1996 to serve as pastor of First Assembly of God in Springdale.

Bob and his wife, Shari, have two daughters, Heather Lonneman and Andra Smith. They have four grandchildren: Hunter, Caroline, Samuel, and Ashton. Their daughters, sons-in-law, and grandchildren all reside in Northwest Arkansas.

Fant has served in several capacities with the Arkansas District Council of the Assemblies of God, and currently serves on the Executive Board. He also serves on various other ministry related boards.

Community involvement has included serving as an elected member of the Bright Star School District, serving as an appointee of the Governor of Arkansas to the Arkansas School Health Council, and serving for 10 years as a commissioner for the Wynne, AR Water Utilities. He has served continuously on the Johnson City Council since his first election in 1998..

Katherine Hudson

Katherine Hudson previously served on the Greenland City Council before her real estate business moved her north. She attended the requisite Muncipal League classes in Little Rock that prepare a city resident for representing the needs of its city.

Katherine is an executive broker approaching her 5th year in NWA real estate sales. She recently completed requirements for the CRS designation to become a better real estate professional for her clients. Katherine is also a certified stager. nwarealestatesolutions.com.

Katherine's academic background also includes a BA History, MAT Education, 18 hours Masters Geography, and 18 hours Gifted Education. Katherine taught for 15 years in public education.

Katherine, a Texas native, got here as quick as she could. She loves working in real estate, municipal interests, family, sheltie pups, jazz, trails, and everything NWA. She is excited to announce her upcoming blog for all things dogs in NWA, NWADogBlog.
