Due to the extremely dry conditions outside, Washington County has been placed under a burn ban. No outside burning is allowed with the exception of outside grilling. Residents are encouraged to use caution while grilling because fires can still occur. Please keep checking in to see if the burn ban has been lifted.

Expect traffic delays . Until further notice - temporary one lane traffic on Wilkerson.

September 20, 2024: Django, a very energetic male, has escaped from his owner. If anyone has information on his family, please call 444-5712 and ask for a Johnson Police Officer or stop by our lobby Monday-Friday 8AM-4:30PM.

As of 7:30pm, Wilkerson St. is open for through traffic.

As of 4:15pm, Wilkerson St is closed temporarily due to construction.
Closure is from Main Dr to Joyce Blvd.
Please use alternate routes.

Come join us for a fun morning of fishing at Lake Fayetteville Marina! This event will focus on fishing with youths aged 6-16 who live in Johnson. Our City of Johnson police officers will be there to fish alongside the kids. Don't miss out on this unique opportunity to bond with law enforcement in a relaxed setting. All fishing gear will be provided during the event. Water and snacks will be provided to the kids. Food can be purchased at Lake Fayetteville Marina.
We will be raffling off a youth fishing pole and tackle box. Must be present to win!
